Asrock: neues Nforce-680i-Board mit Yorkfield-Unterstützung
Asrock hat mit dem Penryn1600SLIX3-WiFi ein Board veröffentlicht, das im Gegenteil zu anderen Boards mit Nvidias Nforce 680i-SLI-Chipsatz neben Wolfdale- auch Yorkfield-CPUs unterstützt.

Neben dem Wolfdale-Support sind Triple-SLI und FSB1600 weitere hervorzuhebende Eckdaten des Boards. Weiterhin ist ein ALC890-Audiochip verbaut, IEEE1394, Gigabit-LAN, E-SATA2 gehören ebenfalls zur Ausstattung. Als besonderen Zusatz packt Asrock dem Board ein 802.11g WiFi-Modul bei.
