Windows 7: This annoys users and PCGH editors
Microsoft's Windows 7 will deliver new features and has been improved in comparison to Windows Vista. But there (still) are some things that are quite annoying. PC Games Hardware shows seven examples.
Most users agree that Windows 7 is an improvement in comparison to Windows Vista. Even a lot of hardcore XP supporters think about switching to the new operating system. According to a survey with 800 participants on our German website about 40 percent of the users want to use Windows 7 immediately and 23 percent want to switch until the end of the year.
Asking around among the editors of PC Games Hardware and users revealed that there are seven features in Windows 7, like the Disk Management, the User Account Control or the Media Center, that are annoying the people. If you don't think this way or if there are more features in Windows 7 that you don't like just tell us in the comments.
Windows 7 will be released on October 22, 2009 in different versions. Microsoft's new operating system is rather a evolution than a radical newly developed product. The visual improvements are most obvious of course, but the basic structure has also been smoothed.
