Starcraft 2: New voice for Sarah Kerrigan?
Apparently the popular Starcraft character Kerrigan will get a new voice in Starcraft 2.
Just recently Starcraft 2: Wings of Liberty has been rescheduled for release in 2010. Now it seems like one of the most popular characters of the series, Sara Kerrigan, will have a new voice in the forthcoming RTS game.
After Robert Clotworthy announced that he will once again be the voice of Jim Raynor, many fans had hoped that Talken Campbell would speak for Kerrigan, too. But now Incgamer found out that gamers will probably hear a new voice in Starcraft 2. According to their report the voice actress Karen Strassman, who already worked on games like Outcast, Supreme Commander or Everquest II, has updated her vita. Furthermore a clip with her voice samples now contains the line: "Once again, I stand atop the broken bodies of my enemies. For I am Kerrigan, Queen of Blades.”
Blizzard has not yet commented on the matter.
Only today Blizzard and Razer announced to launch a series Starcraft 2 gaming hardware and accessories. Besides that it has caused an uproar among the Starcraft 2 fans when Blizzard revealed that Starcraft 2 won't offer a LAN mode.
