Red Faction Guerrilla with free bonus on PC?
Has it been worth the time for PC gamers waiting for Red Faction Guerrilla? It seems like the PC version will contain two free packages with additional content.
In about two weeks - on September 19 (Europe) respectively September 15 (North America) - the PC version of Red Faction Guerrilla will be released. Now it seems like publisher THQ wants to make up to the PC gamers for the time they had to wait for the game. According to IGN.com the PC version of Red faction Guerrilla won't only offer better graphics than the console version but will already contain two of three announced extension packages. While those packages cost 10 USD respectively 800 MS Points for the Playstation 3 and the Xbox 360 they are said to be free for the PC.
The extension Demons of the Badlands adds additional locations and missions to the campaign. Furthermore the multiplayer part of Red Faction Guerrilla is upgraded with eight additional maps, the Bagman and the Team Bagman modes - in those modes a player respectively a team has to carry a bag for as long as possible while being chased by other players.
