X3 Terran Conflict: Low versus High quality
PCGH received a review version of X3 Terran Conflict, which is supposed to be released in October. We checked how the game looks like, when ran at low, medium or high settings.
X3: Terran Conflict is an independent game in the X3 universe. Without review version we want to find out about the engine's scaling capabilities and which optical differences can be noticed in the game graphics. We were interested in three modes: Low Quality (all options set to "low”, additional effects off), Medium Quality (all options set to "medium”, additional effects off) and High Quality (all options set to "high”, additional effects on with FSAA and AF).
We offer the comparative screenshots as individual pictures in our gallery or as comfortable mouse-over-comparisons on the next pages.
