OCZ introduces 80 Plus certified Fatal1ty PSUs
OCZ already had memory modules with the Fatal1ty tag, the company now extends this product series with power supply units that deliver between 500 to 700 watt and have the 80 Plus certificate.
In the future the nickname of the professional gamer Johnathan Wendel will be placed on three new power supply units of OCZ. There will be one with 400 watt, one middle-class model with 550 watt and one high-end version with 700 watt.
All units are cooled by red illuminated 120 mm fan and have the 80 Plus certification. Furthermore the 550 watt and the 700 watt models have Nvidia's SLI certification, too. While OCZ give a 3 years warranty on the two "smaller” variants, the time is extended to five years for the 700 watt unit. All three PSUs are compatible to the ATX12V 2.2 and EPS12V standards.
