The world wide web has revealed the supposed system specifications for the upcoming Need for Speed: Shift which we do not want to keep back from you.

Which are the system specifications for Need for Speed: Shift? A question a lot of NfS fans may have. On a Polish website supposed system specs emerged which have not been confirmed by EA yet.
Need for Speed: Shift: Minimum system specifications
- CPU : Pentium 4 3.2 GHz (3.4 GHz with Vista)
- RAM: 1 GiByte (2 GiByte under Vista)
- Graphics card with 256 MiByte VRAM and shader model 3
- HDD: 10 GByte
Need for Speed: Shift: Recommended system specifications
- CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo 2.5 GHz or AMD Athlon 64 X2 2 GHz
- RAM: 2 GiByte (3 GiByte under Vista)
- Graphics card with 512 MiByte VRAM and shader model 3
- HDD: 10 GByte

Today the official minimal system requirements of Need for Speed: Shift have been revealed. They differ noticeably from those that have been posted in June.
Official system requirements for Need for Speed: Shift
OS: Windows XP (Service Pack 3), Windows Vista (Service Pack 2), Windows 7
CPU: 1.6 GHz Intel Core 2, AMD Athlon X2 3800+
VGA: Graphics card with 256 MiByte VRAM and Pixel Shader 3.0 (Ati Radeon X1800, Geforce 7800 GT)
RAM: 1 GiByte (Windows XP), 1.5 GiByte (Windows Vista/Windows 7)
HDD: 6 GByte
Input: Keyboard, mouse
Optional: USB Gaming wheel, dual analog gamepad
Need for Speed: Shift will be released for PC, Xbox 360 and Playstation 3 on September 17, 2009.
