Akasa Apache: 120 mm fan with S-Flow Blades introduced
Akasa introduced a new 120 mm fan: Due to the new S-Flow design of the blades the Apache is supposed to be quieter and more effective.
Via press release Akasa has introduced the new apache case fan. It s not only the name that remembers of a military helicopter – also colors and design need getting used to. Due to the S-shaped blades the 120 millimeter fan is supposed to offer an air flow rate increased by about 30 percent while working on a lower noise level at the same time. With the 4-pin PWM control the rotor can be run at 600 to 1,300 rpm and reach an acoustic pressure of 6.9 to 16,05 dB(A) only. The maximal air flow rate is specified with 97.74 cubic meters per hour (57.53 CFM).
