Zotac plans Geforce GTX 295 with water cooling system [Update: Official pictures]
With the Geforce GTX 295, which is based on two GT200b GPUs, Nvidia reconquers the crown of the graphics card market.
The Geforce GTX 295 beats the AMD competition in many disciplines but the "older” Radeon HD 4870 X2 defends itself bravely and in some benchmarks it still outpaces the GTX 295. However, the results concerning loudness and power consumption are clear; here the Geforce GTX 295 is obviously ahead of the Radeon HD 4870 X2.
The website Fudzilla.com has learnt from reliable sources that manufacturer Zotac plans a water cooled version of Nvidia's new flagship. And just recently the first pictures of Zotac's Geforce GTX 295 Infinity Edition have surfaced on the web. Final clock frequencies are still unknown. The card will be presented on the Cebit in Hannover which opens its gates on 3rd March. Of course we will on the site and keep you up-to-date.
