Sparkle introduces new dual fan VGA cooler
Sparkle releases a new aluminum copper hybrid with two fans, which is said to cool down almost all modern graphics card.
The VDT2000 has a copper base that is connected to the aluminum fins via two heatpipes. Two fans, with a maximum rpm of 3,000, are said to disperse the heat while staying below 30 decibel. But as it is with most specifications given by the producer one has to have an eye on them.
The position of the fans allows the airstream to hit the video memory and the voltage converters, too. The Calibre Dual Fly VDT2000 is said to be compatible to most graphics cards of the Geforce 7, 8 and 9 series as well as to AMD/Ati cards since the X1800 series. The high-end cards Geforce GTX 280/260 and Radeon HD 4870 are not on the list of compatible cards.
