Geforce GTS 240 with G92b and 9800 GTX clock speeds, GTS 250 with 9800 GTX+ clocks
Reportedly the new Geforce graphics cards GTS 240 und GTS 250, which will be presented at the Cebit 2009, are based upon the G92b chip (55nm) and will offer clock speeds of the Geforce 9800 GTX and 9800 GTX+.
Geforce GTS 240 and GTS 250 will probably be the new Nvidia graphics cards to be presented at the Cebit without being really new. The standardization of the Geforce nomenclature - bad tongues say old wine in new skins - might go one step further at the Cebit as our colleagues of expreview.com report.
At the beginning of March the following models will be presented to the public:

Customers could see the Geforce GTS 240 as an overclocked 9800 GT or as a reissued 9800 GTX in 55 nm with one TPC less. According to expreview.com the current Geforce 9800 GT will be replaced by a lower clocked 9800 GT Green Edition. It will have a reduced core voltage and a lower power consumption. There are similar rumors about a Green Edition of the 9600 GT which should then - like the Radeon HD 4670 - get along without an additional PCI Express connection.
Update from 17th February 2009:
In the forum of vr-zone.com the first pictures of a Geforce GTS 250 have emerged which apparently come from a Chinese website. Concerning the cooling the model XFX is currently rather unusual. In our gallery you can find some impressions.
