Fudzilla presents a diagram which is said to visualize Intel's answer to AMD's Fusion.

The Nehalem offspring Havendale will be produced in 45 nanometer structure and have two cores. The memory controller is taken from the Northbridge and placed into the CPU. Furthermore an integrated GPU, the iGFX, is used, too.
Prior Intel chipsets had a North and a Southbridge but now Intel fuses them into the new Ibex Peak, which communicates via FDI with the GPU inside the CPU. Up to now there is neither information if this project will be released nor when this would be.
