Gainward delivers Geforce GTX 285 Cao Cao Edition with custom cooling
Geforce cards of the GTX series with a custom PCB or cooling solution are on the rise. Gainward now introduces the GTX 285 Cao Cao Edition.
The GT200b based card will have 1,024 MiByte GDDR3 linked via an 512 Bit interface and runs at the default frequencies of 648/1,476/2,484 MHz. The custom cooling solution is equipped with two fans and four heatpipes. According to Expreview the core clock can be increased to 725 MHz. Overclockers can use the tool ExperTool which is included in the package contents.
The Gainward Geforce GTX 285 Cao Cao Edition is said to hit the markets for around $440 soon.
