After last week's affirmation, that the GT200 will be equipped with one Billion transistors, there are further details to be found at nordichardware.com.
GT200: Is Nvidia's latest graphics accelerator goning to look like this 8800 GTS?

The GT200 is said to have passed tape-out and production might be running already. Thus the leaked specifications could be final.
In contrast to the G-92b chips, which were shrunk to 55 nanometers, the GT200 will be produced in the well proven 65 nanometers process. Furthermore the numbers of shader ALUs per cluster will be increased from 16 to 24, resulting in an overall amount of 240. Clock speeds will be aligned to current Geforces and therefore be set to around 600 MHz for the chipset and 1,500 MHz for the shader. Unlike AMD, who are using GDDR5 and a 256 bit interface, Nvidia uses a 256 bit interface and GDDR3.
According to nordichardware.com the new chip will hit the market in Q3 or Q4, but previously Nvidia will put the Geforce 9900 series, based on the G-92b, up against AMD's RV700 Pro.
