Intel: Celeron E3000 series scheduled for Q3
Intel is working on the new Celeron E3000 series which will replace the Celeron E1000.
As expreview.com reports Intel's new Celeron E3000 series will come with two models. The E3200 will have a clock speed of 2.4 GHz and the E3300 is running at 2.5 GHz. Further technical details are 45 nm High-K and Metal Gate silicon technology, 800 MHz FSB, L2 cache of 1 MByte and a TDP of 65 watt.
The support of Virtualization Technology is said to be another highlight of the Celeron E3000 CPUs. The launch of the E3000 series is planned for Q3 but prices have not been confirmed yet.
