Alan Wake: Remedy contracts animation studio
Alan Wake will come - some day. Thanks to the contract with Imagination Studios he is more alive than ever before.
In recent times not much has been reported about the action adventure Alan Wake. Skeptics even claimed that Alan Wake would mutate to some kind of Duke Nukem Forever and would never see the light of day.
Now developer Remedy announced that Imagination Studios who are specialized in motion capturing have been contracted. Among others they already animated characters from games such as Riddick: Assault of Dark Athena and the console title Battlefield: Bad Company. Remedy is said to be very happy with the work of Imagination Studios since the characters of Alan Wake have finally come alive only now.
Thus Alan Wake is definitely still in progress and seems to advance pretty well. However, the question for a release date still leaves unanswered - "when it's done!” was again all we heard.
